Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
