Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.

The products must be unworn and in perfect condition.

  • RETURN

    Return the item to us at your own expense within the return period. No reason needs to be given.

  • EXCHANGE

    If you need a different size, you can easily exchange the item. Simply send us an email to support@northofberlin.shop.

  • REFUND

    After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the amount via the original payment method within 5 working days.

Pack the complete item including protectors and garment bag, enclose the delivery note and return it with sufficient postage to:
