Products & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Generally, all our products are "true to size," meaning you can order the size you normally wear. If in doubt, please refer to our size chart on the respective product page.
If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger size for more freedom of movement.
What size should I get for the Swamp rain suit?
The swamp suit is designed to fit over your normal motorcycle clothing. Therefore, you can order the same size as for your regular suit.
Are protectors included in the products?
All of our jackets and trousers are already equipped with SAS-Tec® or ReZero® Level 2 protectors.

Are the protectors removable?
Yes. All protectors can be removed for washing or for individual comfort.
Can I combine my jacket and trousers?
All trousers have zippers for connecting to the jackets.
Weather & Deployment
Are the products waterproof?
Some models are specifically designed for rain, while others are optimized for warm or dry conditions.
The product description specifies the intended use for each model.
Do I need additional rain protection with a Moto 65 suit?
The Moto 65 suit's waterproofness is achieved through a Sympatex® membrane, but this means that the waxed cotton outer material will eventually become saturated. The wet material then quickly becomes cold. Therefore, when riding for extended periods in the rain, it is always advisable to wear a rain suit with a high hydrostatic head rating, such as our Swamp Suit.
What clothing is suitable for warm temperatures?
For high temperatures, we recommend models with good ventilation and breathable materials.
Desert Rider jacket, Dryzone suit and Rally trousers can be found in our category for warm days.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days via DHL.
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Within Germany, the average delivery time for packages is 1-2 working days, within the EU up to 5 working days and outside the EU up to 8 working days.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver within Germany and to almost all European countries, including Great Britain.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept packages with insufficient postage.
Can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes. If you need a different size, you can exchange the item. You will have to pay for the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
